Introduced by decree 2-02-350 of 17 July 2002, the single form remains the administrative keystone of company creation in Morocco. One declaration, filed at the one-stop shop or through the OMPIC electronic platform, simultaneously constitutes:
- the business tax registration request;
- the trade register filing;
- the tax identity declaration (corporate or income tax, VAT);
- the CNSS affiliation request.
The one-stop-shop staff complete the circuit with each administration and hand back the corresponding certificates; the electronic channel issues the enterprise identifier (ICE) upon registration.
