The single company-creation form

Morocco’s single form for company creation: one filing that covers business tax, trade register, tax ID and CNSS — documents required and where to file.

Introduced by decree 2-02-350 of 17 July 2002, the single form remains the administrative keystone of company creation in Morocco. One declaration, filed at the one-stop shop or through the OMPIC electronic platform, simultaneously constitutes:

  • the business tax registration request;
  • the trade register filing;
  • the tax identity declaration (corporate or income tax, VAT);
  • the CNSS affiliation request.

The one-stop-shop staff complete the circuit with each administration and hand back the corresponding certificates; the electronic channel issues the enterprise identifier (ICE) upon registration.

Documents to attach

Background. A pioneering measure in 2002, the single form made Morocco one of the first MENA countries to unify creation formalities — now extended by a fully digital pipeline. See Morocco’s regional investment centres for the institutional story.
